We ask all of our clients to move small personal items as we do not want to risk anything being broken. We will move some furniture items such as sofas upon request. For more details, please contact us. 

We ask that your pets be secured in an area outside of where we are performing work. If this is not possible, we will coordinate with you to come up with a plan to move the pet from room to room as we work. Pets should never be let loose while we are working in your home. Our equipment hoses will leave your door slightly ajar, and we do not want your pets to get out.

In most cases your carpets should be dry within a couple hours and ready for normal use. We ask that you try to stay off them until this time as the moisture can cause dirt or body oils from your family traffic to stick.

All Refresh technicians must participate in our training certification program and pass comprehensive testing before being allowed to work with us. Our technicians must be certified in the service they are providing. 

Yes, our vans are equipped with truck mount cleaning systems, and we try to use them whenever possible. There are no additional costs for this equipment like other companies. Certain jobs in hard-to-reach areas, such as high-rise buildings, restrict us from using them and we may need to use a portable system in these situations.

Our technicians go through a very comprehensive stain removal training process and are up to date on all of the latest processes. Stains can be tricky, stain removal often boils down to how long the stain has gone untreated and the source of the stain. 

We can treat for pet urine and stains. Many factors come into play as to how effective these treatments will be. For example, female cat urine is much harder to eliminate then male. We suggest you contact us to have a technician come out and inspect these situations for you in person.
